I lurk around and read the post in the forum daily. I am not a programer, but a hobbiest and I have limited scripting abilities. But I was able to use the carAI and an character skinmesh to make an enemyAI. It worked, partially, but was in no way close to realisitic. I came to 3dRad from the RealityFactory engine, primarily because of Rad's physics and ability to use outdoor terrains. But, RealityFactory has a pretty good enemyAi system, which when used with scripting works very well. Could a enemyAi such as theirs be possible in Rad?

I don't know how exactly character AI was developed in RealityFactory, but something that achieves the same result can certainly be implemented for 3D Rad.

The problem is estimating a cost so it can be put on the donation board.

The topic is big. I think we'll have to make one step at a time  :-\
